Having chosen your holiday dates using our availablity calendar, please email us with your request. We will confirm your holiday by return email.

Deposits and final payment can be made online using the link provided or by cheque. Please do not make any payments until your holiday has been confirmed.

Pricing is per week for the apartment. An additional €45 will be charged for cleaning and laundry on arrival payable to the keyholders.

Welcome packs of basic food and toiliteries can be aranged for a small charge.

A second week booked attracts a 10% reduction on the total cost.

Long term rentals available for winter months (Oct - April)

Conditions

Change over day flexible
Normal check out is by 12:00 noon and arrival after 3:00 p.m.
Booking deposit 25%
Balance paid 4 weeks in advance; if booking within 4 weeks, full payment is required.

Cancellation
Up to 4 weeks - deposit returned
2 – 4 weeks – 50% refund
Less than 2 weeks - 25% refund
